The apartment is located on the first floor.
Apartments Renata and Milivoj Perić are located in Lopar at Lopar 531, in a particularly attractive and quiet location, only 400m from Rajska plaža (San Marino). Along with a rich and fertile valley, Lopar has a long sandy Rajska plaža. The sand, shallow and warm water, dense forest that offers protection and shade are especially attractive to those who come with small children, while the beaches Sahara, Ciganka and Stolac are open to naturists. The specialty of Lopar on the island of Rab is that it has 22 sandy beaches with fine sand, of which the most famous is Rajska plaža.
All the necessary facilities for a pleasant vacation are located in the immediate vicinity of the house, only a few hundred meters away (shop, sports fields, hairdresser, clinic, etc.). We have three two-bedroom and three one-bedroom apartments located in the same house.
All guests of the apartment have a parking space for cars, the possibility of using an outdoor grill and a large table with benches located behind the house.
All apartments are equipped with a satellite TV system, WiFi internet, air conditioning, balconies and everything necessary for a pleasant vacation.

Entrance to the apartment is after 2 pm on the day of your arrival, and you must leave the apartment by 9 am on the day of your departure. Pets are allowed,

In the north of the island of Rab, in the town of Lopar – known as the “sandy paradise” because of its numerous natural sandy beaches – our apartments are located. In the immediate vicinity is the famous Paradise Beach, one of the most beautiful and spacious beaches on the Adriatic, ideal for families with children, but also for all those who love long, shallow and warm seas. The town of Rab is only a fifteen-minute drive away, so guests can easily combine a peaceful vacation in Lopar with evening walks and the rich offer of the historic town of Rab.
