About us
Apartments Perić Renata and Milivoj offer comfortable accommodation 400m from the famous sandy beach Rajska plaža (San Marino) and the center of Lopar on the island of Rab. The apartments are located in a family house with a spacious garden, children’s playground and secured parking. The house is located in a particularly attractive and quiet location, in a quiet street, without increased traffic.
The accommodation is suitable for a quiet family vacation in Lopar, a summer vacation for a larger group, as well as for lovers of water sports and recreational vacations.
The accommodation offers six apartments, three with one bedroom and three with two bedrooms, for a total of 18 people. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, a double bed, a bathroom (toilet/shower) and balconies with a table and chairs. The apartments have air conditioning, satellite TV, internet. Parking is provided.
Guests have access to a spacious yard behind the house where there is a children’s playground with a slide, swings and a barbecue with outdoor seating.
The yard is spacious and fenced and safe for children to play.
All necessary amenities for a pleasant vacation are located in the immediate vicinity of the house, only a few hundred meters away (bakery, fruit shop, restaurants, shops, sports fields, hair salon, clinic…).

Lopar, one of the most beautiful tourist destinations for family holidays on the Adriatic, is located on the island of Rab, 12 km from the old town of Rab.
Lopar is rich in beautiful sandy beaches. There are as many as 22 of them, of which 3 are nudist (Ciganka, Sahara and Stolac). The largest and most famous Lopar beach is “Rajska plaža”, 1.5 km long, along which are located the most important tourist facilities of the town, and which has been decorated with the “Blue Flag” since 2003, an international symbol of quality and environmental protection and safety of swimmers.
Rajska plaža is especially interesting for the elderly, families with children and weaker swimmers, but also for younger people, eager for sports and fun.
